Family 101 5K Walk/Run & Community Block Party

NBC CDC is excited to host our annual Family 101 5K and Block Party as part of the New Bethel Church’s 75th Anniversary Celebration week!

The COVID-19 pandemic impacted thousands of families in the Kansas City metro area, and we have all been working toward a new ‘normal’. Our focus on restoring family health and wellbeing encompasses physical and mental health, social health, financial health, and spiritual health. We are planning a day of family rejuvenation and community connections to foster holistic health and wellbeing for our families and our community.

The 5K Walk/Run/Bike event is FREE yet registration is required. Registration & Check-in will begin at 8:00 am. The block party is scheduled from 10am to 2pm. We are offering free lunch, games, and a health fair with services and resources for physical, mental, fi nancial, and family health.
